1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to use of NHCDA's public website. By accessing or using the website, visitors agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Informational purpose

The website describes NHCDA's mission, governance, charitable priorities, organizational development, and opportunities to engage. A proposed project, partnership, or fundraising activity is not necessarily approved, funded, active, or completed.

3. Appropriate use

Visitors must not interfere with website operations, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

4. Content and accuracy

We aim to keep information accurate and may update it as circumstances change. Website content is general information and not individualized legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Intellectual property

Original materials owned by NHCDA, including its name, branding, graphics, and written content, may be protected by applicable law. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. Uses beyond those permitted by law or applicable licenses require permission.

6. Donations and third-party payment services

NHCDA plans to enable online giving through Zeffy, and possibly PayPal, after account setup and verification. These Terms do not promise that any payment option is currently available. When enabled, the payment provider's terms and privacy practices also govern transactions. See the Donation Information page for details about giving.

7. External links

Links to third-party websites are offered for convenience. NHCDA does not control or guarantee their content, accessibility, privacy practices, or availability. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

8. Availability and security

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Liability and legal rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Any otherwise applicable legal limitations are governed by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Please review the NHCDA Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal information.
